After attending the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Chris began a carrier in the special event and bar/nightclub industry. Chris has done pretty much every job in the industry; promoter, VIP Host, VIP Services, Sr. VIP Host, Director of Promotions, Director of VIP Operation. And after 10 years while even working for the most successful nightlife companies in the world he determined one undeniable fact. Nightlife marketing needed an upgrade. Promotion management is unorganized, expensive, and general marketing dollars were always wasted and untargeted. Chris's new mission is HootSpot: the building of a network that streamlines the question and answer process party goers have, and the creation of a social network for nightlife. To make a comparison Chris wants to create an Uber for bars, restaurants, and nightclubs.

Mr. Wilfred Shaw has been the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Sanborn Resources, Ltd. since December 2014. Mr. Shaw has been the Chief Executive Officer of FinancialContent Inc. since August 2008 and also has been its Chief Financial Officer since February 2008. From 1997 to 2002, he was the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cosmoz Infrastructure Solution, a technology incubator company. He served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Financialcontent Inc. since April 1, 2001 to 2011 and also served as its Chairman from 2002 to 2011. He owns SharpManagement.com, LLC. He has spent the last 10 years in the venture capital and investment industries as Vice President of Business Development at Intertech Group, a conglomerate of small companies based in Asia. He also worked as Vice President of Business Development for IG International, Inc., a pharmaceutical company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been a Director of Sanborn Resources, Ltd. since December 2014 and FinancialContent Inc. since 1996. He has served on the Boards of Advisors of several private investment and technology companies and is the Lead Consultant to numerous technology startups. Mr. Shaw has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science with a minor in Psychology from Saint Mary's College.

Locally renowned speaker and expert on lean start-up, Chris has perfected his practice, combining his diverse experiences in the military, higher education, real-estate and private enterprise to most efficiently assist Southwest Floridian entrepreneurs in launching their own business endeavors.

Peter has substantial experience representing both public and private companies and investors in a variety of securities, regulatory, and corporate governance matters. His public company representation has included public equity offerings, sales transactions, and going private transactions. He counsels public corporations about SEC disclosure obligations, stockholder communications, board and special committee procedures and governance, and compliance under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
Peter has also represented many private businesses, including start-ups and emerging growth companies, in their initial capital raising ventures and subsequent private placements, and has substantial experience in the area of partnership and limited liability company formation and governance, and related tax issues. He has represented businesses and their owners in connection with all aspects of the mergers and acquisitions process, and counsels clients on a wide variety of general corporate and business matters including intellectual property protection and licensing.
In addition, Peter devotes significant time to antitrust and trade regulation issues, and is familiar with numerous federal and state statutory and regulatory schemes applicable to businesses in a variety of industries, including the Hart Scott Rodino Act, Sherman Act, Lanham Act, CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, Graham Leach Bliley Act, and various consumer lending and consumer protection statutes. He also represents clients in commercial bankruptcy proceedings, and has extensive experience preparing, litigating, and resolving claims in bankruptcy.
Peter is admitted to practice before the state courts of Ohio and Florida and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He is a former chair and vice chair of the Business and Corporation Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and is also actively involved with the Ohio Venture Association, Lorain County Manufacturing Alliance, and British-American Chamber of Commerce, among other organizations.
